HOW TO ORDER

1. Decide the size and quantity of the product you want. 2. Decide method of payment. You have three choices: 1) Credit card. This is the easiest and quickest way to order. We accept any of the following cards: Master Card, Visa, Amex or Discover. Orders are shipped immediately when purchased on a credit card. 2) Send a money order. If you mail a money order to us, we will release the order upon receipt. 3) Send a check. If you send a check, we will deposit it and release the order only after the check clears. If you enclose a valid photo copy of your drivers license, we will be able to release the order once the check is received. 3. Decide how to order. You have four choices: 1) Use our on line order form. You must fill out the form completely. If we don't receive necessary information, we will attempt to contact you via telephone, fax or e-mail so make sure to supply these numbers and addresses. Most shipping costs are about $5.00 to $10.00. Regular shipping is via UPS. Heavy items will cost more. Such items include Bat Houses, Live Traps or large orders. If you want to be quoted shipping before you order, e-mail or call for a quote. Make sure to add this quote in the order form to insure we charge the same amount. We then e-mail back a total which includes any price changes and shipping charges. The customer is protected because they are able to see what their card will be billed.
