INSECTICIDAL SOAP
PRODUCT NAME: Insecticidal Soap.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Non toxic soapy material which can be applied
onto homes where nuisance pests are penetrating.
TARGET PESTS: Many insects including ladybugs.
WHERE TO USE IT: On the sides of structures which have nuisance
insects. Be sure to spray high since many will come in around
soffits, window frames, gable vents, under siding and through
just about any crack or crevice. Remember that this product
only works when it is being sprayed so it is really only
effective when you are able to spray targeted pests directly.
For this reason you will have to do many applications during
the spring and fall when ladybugs are migrating in and out
of structures. Use the Cypermethrin if you want something
that will last much longer requiring a lot less work and
treatment.
RATE OF APPLICATION: Use 2.5 ounces per gallon of water and be sure
to get thorough coverage. One gallon will treat 500-1000 sq/ft
and will need to applied several times per season as needed.
