PRODUCT NAME: Bridger Coil Leghold Trap.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This is the traditional designed trap
which leg holds the target animal. Used for many animals including
beaver, bobcat, fox, coyote and otter just to name a few. The #2's
and #3's are most popular for bobcat. This short video will show
how to set the #3 trap. Keep in mind the process is the same for
the #2 but for demonstration purposes, the larger #3 is better
for us to use in the video.
WHERE TO USE IT: Bridger coil traps can be set many different
ways. These include den sets, flag set or step over trail sets.
RATE OF APPLICATION: This will vary from job to job.
Generally, the more traps employed, the quicker you catch your
target animals. Although you can start with only one, it is
suggested that you use 2-3 where you can and more if you
have a lot of animals to trap.
