INSECT GROWTH REGULATOR
PRODUCT NAME: Insect Growth Regulator.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Odorless growth regulator which is
added to an adulticide for insect control. Although it will
do nothing to adult insects, it will sterilize eggs and larva
so they are unable to develop into adults. Essentially a
protein like substance, by being over exposed to it's own
hormone, insect larva are not able to grow right.
WHERE TO USE IT: In the home on carpet and other areas
where insects may become active. Outside in turf, flower beds
and anywhere you want to prevent insects from getting established.
RATE OF APPLICATION: 1 ounce mixes with one gallon of
water and will treat 800 sq/ft well.
SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS: Keep out of reach of children
and pets. Avoid contact of concentrate and diluted tank mix
by wearing surgical or rubber gloves. Keep people and pets
away and off treated surfaces till they are dry. Eye and
breathing protection is needed when spraying overhead. Further
