LOGANBERRY PASTE
PRODUCT NAME: Trappers Choice Loganberry Paste.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Sweet based Loganberry Paste which readily
attracts yellowjackets. If you are in a region which has
predominantly sugar feeding or sweet food feeding yellow
jackets, this will be better suited to use when baiting.
Mixed with preservatives so it will last longer then other
food stuff, this concentrated paste will assuredly attract
any local yellow jackets which are hungry. Use in conjunction
with the Salmon Paste to get the best results.
WHERE TO USE IT: Since this is a strong smelling lure, it is
best to use it where non-target animals like cats, raccoons
and other mammals won't have access. This can be accomplished
by making placements with our Bait Guard and hanging the
Guard from a tree branch, off a deck or suspended somewhere
high and off the ground. Similar placements can be made
with something like a plastic cup but if water and sun
have access, the lure won't last long along with the
added chemical so be sure to keep such placements protected
from the environment. Bait Guards enable placements to
last and are well worth the investment.
RATE OF APPLICATION: Mix 4 ounces of Loganberry paste with either
the Cyfluthrin or Deltamethrin per placement. When adding
Cyfluthrin, add 8 ml per 4 ounces. When using Deltamethrin,
add .75 ounces per placement. Be sure to mix well and replace
every month or more often if the local wasps are eating it
all up in a week or two.
