BORACARE
PRODUCT NAME: Boracare.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Clear, odorless, molasses like material
which mixes with water. Once mixed, it becomes like a milky
white water. Apply it with a pump sprayer, fogger or paint brush.

TARGET PESTS: Decay fungus, mold, mildew, powderpost beetles, termites,
carpenter ants and any other wood destroying organism.
WHERE TO USE IT: Great for crawl spaces or other areas where
moisture is allowing mold or fungus to grow. Use it on concrete
as well. Most importantly, use it when you have active growth or
insects that might be deep in the wood. The penetrating design
of Boracare makes it the better choice over Timbor when current
activity is present although either product will provide
excellent protection for preventive measures.
RATE OF APPLICATION: One gallon of Boracare will mix with one
gallon of water and treat about 1000 sq/ft of crawl or attic
space.

The "Mixer", also seen in the video, will enable mixing the Boracare with
water a lot easier and is highly recommended if you don't have one. We've
