PT-ENCAPSULATED PYRETHRIN





PRODUCT NAME:   PT-Micro Encapsulated Pyrethrin.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:   This product is delivered in an aerosol much
like hair spray and has no odor. It uses pyrethrin as the active
ingredient which is very safe. Pyrethrin is extracted from
the chrysanthemum flower and is very active against many
pests. The difference between this product other pyrethrins
is that this product is made with the active ingredient
encapsulated. This means it is not all released when applied.
The benefit of such design is that you are able to apply
it to surfaces and get lasting effect. Treatments will 
usually last 1 week or more since more and more active
ingredient will be released as the capsules hatch. Also,
insects generally don't like it and stay away from where
it is applied. This means that entering Lovebugs will
sense it is present and retreat helping to keep them out
of living areas. If they crawl through it they will die.

TARGET PESTS:   Lovebugs, flies and many other pests.

WHERE TO USE IT:   This product can be applied onto most any surface
where you are finding Lovebugs roosting. Common areas include around
light fixtures, doorways, screens, windows, siding, soffits,
overhangs, under gazebos, rafters and just about anywhere
you are seeing them active. Be sure to use it in cracks
and crevices as well to keep them out.

RATE OF APPLICATION:    This product can be applied into cracks
and crevices if the pests are crawling into such areas.
This commonly happens on house siding. However, it is
also good for treating around windows and any seam
where Lovebugs may be accessing. Inside the home, be
sure to treat all cracks leading into a room so they
can't get in.  Use one can to treat about 200
sq/ft of surface area and retreat once a week as
needed.

SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS:    Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid extreme heat as contents are under pressure. Avoid contact with
eyes and skin which shouldn't happen when used properly. We do recommend
using rubber or disposable gloves when handling and using since this
extra protection will let you work without getting interrupted. Eye 
protection is suggested when using in certain situations as is some 
type of dust mask or respirator if you'll be working in a confined
