PRODUCT NAME: Whitmire PT-565XLO.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Aerosol with pyrethrum as the active
ingredient. It is easy to use and will kill many flying insects including
hive beetles. It has a slight odor.
TARGET PESTS: PT-565 has a broad label including roaches,
ants and various species of beetles. It can be used outside for
treating small areas in small storage buildings or it can be
used out on the open when spraying equipment directly. For bigger
jobs, you will need the fogger and pyrethrum concentrate featured
as the next items in this section of our catalog.
WHERE TO USE IT: Inside and outside.
RATE OF APPLICATION: The application rate depends on the
target area you are treating. As little as a few second blast can cover
up to 1000 cubic feet if you are treating a small building. However, if it
is filled with a lot of equipment, use more. Direct contact should be done
by spraying right over the equipment on which the hive beetles are resting.
ORGANIC ALTERNATIVE: ECO EXEMPT KO AEROSOL
SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS: Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid extreme heat as contents are under pressure. Avoid contact with
eyes and skin which shouldn't happen when used properly. We do recommend
using rubber or disposable gloves when handling and using since this
extra protection will let you work without getting interrupted. Eye
protection is suggested when using in certain situations as is some
type of dust mask or respirator if you'll be working in a confined
