6% PYRETHRUM CONCENTRATE
PRODUCT NAME: 6% Pyrethrin.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: 6% Pyrethrin is a concentrate which
can be mixed in water or oil. It is used for quick knockdown of
flying insects such as flies or hive beetles. Use it for fogging
or direct spraying with one of our sprayers. The advantage of this
material over most any other pesticide is that is doesn't leave
a residual. Within a short period of time after it's applied, most
of the active will break down and pose little or no hazard to
non target organisms.
TARGET PESTS: Mosquitoes, roaches, and just about any species
of beetle including hive beetles.
WHERE TO USE IT: Inside or outside.
RATE OF APPLICATION: This varies depending largely on how you are
applying it. As a space spray, 1-2 oz per gallon will usually work.
For tank mixes where you plan on using it as a contact spray, use
4-6 oz per gallon depending on local infestation. Remember, this
active does not provide residual or long lasting action so you
will need to apply it as populations persist or become obvious.
SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS: Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid extreme heat as contents are under pressure. Avoid contact with
eyes and skin which shouldn't happen when used properly. We do recommend
using rubber or disposable gloves when handling and using since this
extra protection will let you work without getting interrupted. Eye
protection is suggested when using in certain situations as is some
type of dust mask or respirator if you'll be working in a confined
