TEMPO
PRODUCT NAME: Tempo.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Liquid concentrate which is
mixed with water and applied in the yard around the home.
It is very concentrated and requires a lot of water when
doing the application to insure proper coverage.
TARGET PESTS: Although it will work for several
different pests, Tempo is very active against fleas,
ticks and chiggers.
WHERE TO USE IT: It is labeled for use on lawns
and turf where fleas are suspected of being a problem.
RATE OF APPLICATION: 1 teaspoon is mixed with one
gallon of water and will treat 1000 sq/ft. Apply it with a pump
sprayer only if you are treating a small area. It is best to
apply it with a hose end sprayer which can be seen by linking
to one from our article or from the flea products selection
index. To use our sprayer, pour one ounce into the sprayer,
fill it half way with water and spray the entire amount over
5,000 sq/ft. Place 2 ounces in the sprayer and fill to the
top if you want to treat 10,000 sq/ft.
PACKAGING AND COST: Tempo comes in two forms.
8 oz jar will treat 1 acre (ITEM # 455781)
The wettable powder form, which comes in a 1 lb
jar and will treat up to 2 acres (ITEM # 459242)
