DRIONE DUST





PRODUCT NAME:   Drione Dust.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:    Drione is a low odor dust which is
white and works as a dessicant on insects.  Once on them, Drione cuts
away at their exoskeleton and then robs them of vital moisture.  This
unique formulation will last over a year in treated voids.  Drione is 
very safe to use and works mostly by dehydrating insects and not 
chemically like other pesticides. Watch this video for a detailed explanation
of why Drione is so unique along with a demonstration showing how
it works and penetrating deep into siding and other wall spaces where
insects like Carpenter Bees like to nest. Even if you can't treat
their nest directly, just dusting under the siding where you know
they are traveling will do the job. As they crawl over treated
surfaces they will pick up a lethal dose and die off so in the
end, you will have effectively done the job.

WHERE TO USE IT:   In their nests.

RATE OF APPLICATION:   This is hard to say.  Many times you
are treating a nest which is several feet long which would require
a lot more material than one which is 6 inches long.  In general,
expect to treat 5-8 holes when using the small 8 ounce ready to
use can. Get the larger bulk size if you are treating more than
10 holes. It is a lot stronger, goes a lot further and will get
much better coverage.

ORGANIC ALTERNATIVE:    ECO EXEMPT DUST

SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS:    Keep out of reach of children 
and pets. Avoid contact of the dust by wearing surgical, rubber 
or work gloves. Keep people and pets away and off treated 
surfaces till any spilled dust has been removed and the area 
allowed to settle. Eye and breathing protection is needed when 
treating in confined areas like an attic or crawl space. Further

PACKAGING AND COST:    
The 8 ounce can on the left is an aerosol
and is good for small jobs. It can cover about 100 sq/ft. It 
will not need a Hand Duster to use but it is limited in how

KIT COMPONENTS:   Two (2) 8 oz Jars of Mother Earth Dust and One (1) 1.25 Pound
Jar of Cyfluthrin Dust. (Kit includes 2.25 lbs of dust altogether)

DUST DESCRIPTION:   The Mothers Earth Dust is Diatomaceous Earth which 
will provide a few months of residual as well as a desiccant action similar 
to what Drione does. It won't last as long and it won't flush well compared 
to Drione. Furthermore, it won't be nearly as repellent. To get more of 
these qualities, adding Cyfluthrin Dust to the mix will generate a good
flush. This dust has no desiccating action but it does contain Cyfluthrin. This
Synthetic Pyrethroid is related to Pyrethrin and is generally an irritant
to insects. The Cyfluthrin will provide some much needed "flush" or "kick"
the Mothers Earth Dust by itself won't possess. Combined the two will act like
a low grade Drione and will yield acceptable results in the absence of Drione.

MIXING DIRECTIONS:  Add one part of Mothers Earth Dust to one part Cyfluthrin
Dust. After adding these amounts to your duster, gently shake it for 5-7 seconds and you 
should have a good mix ready to apply.
