LT5518RD LIVE TRAP





PRODUCT NAME:   LT5518RD Live Trap.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:   The LT5518RD is a live trap for
small rodents such as rats.  It has a 1/2" by 1" mesh so it can hold
very small animals well. It measures 5 inches wide by 5 inches tall
by 18 inches long. This size will work well for both flying
and grey squirrels. It has a front locking door which insures 
that whatever you catch is there for good. It has a strong spring
with an adjustable setting based on how much of the hook you fit
on the front door when set. Although it is usually perfectly 
adjusted right out of the box, you can widen the gap of the front
hook a little if needed or simply lube it with some white grease
or WD-40 prior to use and it will trip perfectly. This trap is
the same exact trap as the LT5518 but it features a sliding rear
door. This door allows you to bait the trap easily as well as
release trapped animals quickly and safely. It also works great
if you are using the Electrocution Device to destroy trapped 
animals since the two can be set against one another for easy

TARGET ANIMALS:  Squirrels and other small rodents.

WHERE TO USE IT:   In and around businesses and homes away from pets 
and children.  Although not dangerous to pets and children, keep it out
of their reach. Use it where the most activity is found which could be in
the yard, a tree, around a bird feeder or on a deck. Remember, your 
first choice of trap placement is where they are feeding. When used 
with our Pecan Paste, they will readily find it and trapping
will be easy. 

RATE OF APPLICATION:   As many as needed.  Around homes, one or
two is usually enough.  These are commercial traps so they should
last a long time. Try to have one for every 3-5 animals you expect to
trap. Obviously the more you have will allow you to trap all
the more faster.
