LT7824 LIVE TRAP





PRODUCT NAME:   LT7824 live trap.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:   Live trap which measures 8 inches tall by 7 inches
wide by 24 inches long. It has a 1 inch mesh and is spring loaded for
quick and sure trips. The door locks when closed so animals can't

TARGET ANIMALS:   Squirrels which are medium to large. This trap will not
work for flying squirrels so if you intend on trapping any flyers
you will have to get the LT5518.

WHERE TO USE IT:   In and around businesses and homes away from pets 
and children.  Although not dangerous to pets and children, keep it out
of their reach. Use it where the most activity is found which could be in
the yard, a tree, around a bird feeder or on a deck. Remember, your 
first choice of trap placement is where they are feeding. When used 
with our Pecan Paste, they will readily find it and trapping
will be easy. 

RATE OF APPLICATION:   As many as needed.  Around homes, one or
two is usually enough.  These are commercial traps so they should
last a long time. Try to have one for every 3-5 animals you expect to
trap. Obviously the more you have will allow you to trap all
the more faster. This trap is an excellent trap for increasing
the odds of catching more than one at a time. Because it is 
larger than the others, you are able to set a lead bait in the
front part of the trap before the trip pan. This allows for a
squirrel to enter and feed without closing the door. Since it
is not unusual for two or three to travel together, others may
enter to feed. At this time one will certainly go to the bait
placement behind the trip pan which will set the trap catching
both animals. If you have a lot of squirrels to trap, consider
this design because of this multiple catch option.
