PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Ready to use trap that can be used to monitor bedbug activity. Traps are set under the legs of beds, couches and other furniture bedbugs are likely to climb. The trap has a unique design which allows bedbugs to enter from one side but they cannot escape. Bedbugs are attracted by carbon monoxide which is one of the reasons they are attracted to beds where people are sleeping. When they try to access the bed they'll encounter the trap and get caught.

TRAP MAINTENANCE: Traps can get dirty or filled with dead bedbugs and should be washed periodically as needed. Before reinstalling, they will need to new lubricant applied which is basically talc powder. Refer to the BED BUG TRAP DIRECTIONS file for more details.

RATE OF APPLICATION: At least one trap under each leg on any furniture you'd like to protect or monitor.

OPEN AREA TRAPPING: This trap can also be used for "open area" trapping. Place dry ice in a styrofoam cup and then into the middle of the trap as shown in this photo:
