If you’ve ever wanted to see what a termite swarm looks like, view this video. It was shot in the spring when most termite colonies will release “swarmers”. These are the males and females which leave an existing colony to fly off and start new colonies. If you see a swarm in or close to your home, you will need to get your home treated ASAP to prevent foraging workers from damaging your structure. Read up on what the treatment entails here:
