1) As soon as we generate a tracking number for your order, we send an e-mail which will include the number, along with a detailed list of what was shipped and the exact amount your C/C was charged. 2) From the message you will be able to click a link that will get you to this page where you can track the shipment. It does require that the tracking number be entered on the tracking page shown below. Here's how you should do this. 3) The best way to enter this number is to "Copy and Paste" it to the tracking page. This insures the number is accurately entered. It can be manually keyed in by typing but be careful to enter it exactly as it appears in your e-mail. All it takes is one wrong number or letter and it will not be possible to track your package!! 4) Once you have copied the tracking number, open the tracking page by clicking the link shown below. This will open a new page with an "empty" box up top with the label "TRACKING NUMBER". Click once in the empty box to get your cursor where it needs to be and then right click and "paste" the number. Make sure to click either UPS or Fed Ex. Sorry, but Postal shipments are not trackable through out site. You'll have to use the Post Office's site for this service. 4) Remember that it could take up to one full day for tracking numbers to make their way into the system. Just because we have generated a number it does not mean Fed Ex or UPS will have it in their system. Normally it will take 12-24 hours for the numbers to be indexed but this could take longer or shorter depending on the shipping method and company. Other factors like holidays and weekends could affect this time as well. Here is the page you need to open: www.packtrack.com
