what to get for termites

Hello..

I’m hoping that you can help me with determining what I need to buy. We had to get treated for termites about 2 yrs ago. They drilled down through concrete and so on to do treatment. I am wanting to just keep a barrier to keep them from coming back. What do I need to get and how often will I need to do the treatment? I appreciate your help. Thanks, Trey

It would be smart to treat every 5 years whether you have a problem or not. Ideally, sticking with a similar product to what they used would be best. So if they applied a traditional long lasting residual product like CYPERMETHRIN (gallon size), using 1-2 gallons of concentrate every 5 years would do the job. This treatment can be done with our TERMITE TREATER or FOAMING TOOL for any concrete holes you have. After treating, seal the holes with CORKS and cement over the top.

But if they used one of the newer actives like TERMIDOR or PHANTOM, stick with the same active. Either of these will perform equally as well but require a lot less active. So instead of gallons of active, you’ll apply a lot less. Maybe 2-4 pints.
