Dustin Mizer Duster hand duster dusting dust applicator

DUSTIN MIZER

PRODUCT NAME: Dustin Mizer PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The Dustin Mizer is a special applicator designed for applying dust. It will enable you to apply dust uniformly throughout an attic or crawl space. It is lightweight, works by cranking and will propel a dust up to 25 feet. This short video shows just how it works. A less costly option is the Gilmour Pump Duster. It won't blow the dust nearly as far but it will work for small jobs with areas 10 feet or less. See how it works in this short video. WHERE TO USE IT: This is a great device for treating crawl spaces, attics or hard to reach voids. You can use it to dust plants and shrubs too. RATE OF APPLICATION: The rate of application will vary with the product you are using. Determine how much you need to treat a designated area. Once the dust has been selected and the amount needed to do the treatment has been determined, fill the dust holding tank and begin your treatment by cranking. The faster you crank, the quicker and farther you can treat. PACKAGING AND COST: Dustin Mizer (ITEM # 282280) Gilmour Pump Duster (ITEM # 282290) shown in second video above. Remember, this is less costly but it has a limited range of 5-8 feet. If you have the need to do the application to areas which are hard to reach and get proper coverage with the straight direction the Dustin Mizer sprays, then get the optional Right Angle Deflector pictured below. It will let you get material into tight voids and other areas where it may be needed. It attaches around the end of the Dustin Mizer and "deflects" the dust 90 degrees in any direction you want. Simply loosen the set screw and twist the Deflector to get the desired direction you want. (ITEM # 282284) Dustin Mizer/Right Angle Deflector Kit (ITEM # 282281) (save $1.00 buying together)
